Pros
1) Some fantastic people who care and want to do a great job. 2) Competitive salaries (more than competitive at the director on up levels), good benefits 3) Most roles have a good work-life balance
Cons
1) The culture is not very good. Lots of layoffs, constant fear of losing your job. People protect their jobs, and don't worry about the company or the organization outside of their direct team 2) Things are often dictated at the micro level on high from company HQ 3) Most roles are just about executing plans from above. Innovation is often talked about, but innovative ideas are quickly squashed.
