Pros
Exposure to new electronics was great. The friends and family discount at times could be quite good too, but not on all products.
Cons
Upper management was very detached from stores, being located outside of the state, and did not always make relevant decisions. The pay was made to look good with bonuses and commissions during the interview. After the economy turned, the bonuses got smaller due to unrealistic goals for the economy and a "restructuring" of the commission scale. by management.
