PD womenswear department review - Associate Souled Store Employee Review

- the women's PD(product development) department is unorganized and not considered a part of the design department. The office and sitting area for both are different. - little to no growth in both skill and pay... In fact skill wise there's a downgrade. Even with a design degree, I was asked by the womenswear design lead to iron design samples, when I resisted she accounted it as bad work attitude on my part (though this wasn't in my job role ever, she could've asked her own team or just done it herself) - I quit my job the next day. That's the kind of attitude shown by design lead to the PD team. At least this was situation while I was there in 2024,may change if the position is refilled. I quit my job there due to multiple such incidents where all the menial, manual work for the design department was put on the associate employees in PD department. - PD really needs to be integrated with the design department. Employees in both departments have the same qualification.
