We are emerging from a pandemic , and there are and continue to be, residual effects on our teams (throughout all service lines), There was a feeling of hoplelessness for most clinicians, independent of their employer. It would be difficult to assign blame to Sound, for their inability to insulate our teams from every fallout of the pandemic. I am hopeful that leaderhip will take the past two years as an opportunity to learn, adjust, and prepare for any future events.
