Pros

Non management staff are the best petiole you will ever meet and for putting up will being over worked, under paid and not trusted my management they are incredible humans.

Cons

Management is not experienced to deal with problems. Management talks a big game and makes a lot of promises that never happen. HR is new but has already shown they only have management’s interests in mind. Overall they say they care about their staff but they work people to their breaking point and wonder why their turnover is so high. They take any complaint made as an attack and then reprimand the employee who said anything. During my time there employees were afraid to speak up because of the consequences. Apparently it’s gotten worse since I left as well from what my friends who still work there tell me. They spout on and on about how they change peoples lives but honestly they charge so much money (even for free vaccines) and pay their staff average money for literally working nonstop from beginning to end. My current job pays me $5 more for doing 1/4 of the work. the new manager is really aggressive and confrontational and was part of the reason I left. There came a time when it became to stressful, the pressure, the lack of feeling valued or recognized, management making you feel guilty for taking personal time off that I just quit on the spot. best decision ever.

Serving an underserved population and changing lives is difficult work and can be stressful. I'm happy to say that we are already doing most of the things that you have suggested! We do our best to support our team in a variety of ways from a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off and paid holidays to cash bonuses. Sometimes it is the little things, such as providing a meal now and again and celebrating each person’s birthday that shows we care. In addition, we recently promoted 4 internal staff members who showed outstanding knowledge and commitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that works well for people that are hard-working, enjoy fast-paced work, and care about making a difference in people's lives. I’m sorry this wasn’t the right fit for you – thanks again for your comments and best of luck to you in your future!

Pros

Very meaningful work. Team is very supportive. snacks always available. Management is approachable and understanding wants to do what's best got their team. Hours are great. With On call which helps you make more especially if you get any calls. you will make time in a half per hour worked. Theres room for growth with in the company as it is expanding.

Cons

Open 24/hrs, 365 days a year. Holiday work is rotated and schedule is flexible. Holiday pay included for any holiday worked in office or on call.
