Pros

The core product is decent, but not unique — there are plenty of similar alternatives in the market.

Cons

- HR and executives are behind many of the positive reviews. Employees are pressured to post them to cover up internal dysfunction. - The company direction changes every two weeks. It’s not pivoting – it’s disorganized chaos with no long-term vision. - Decisions are constantly reversed. OKRs are meaningless – they’re ignored as soon as they’re written. - A large part of the executive team is unprofessional and lacks even basic leadership capabilities. Marketing, in particular, is a mess — there’s no strategy, constant panic, and a habit of taking credit for ideas from other teams. Leadership turnover is high across departments, which only adds to the instability. - The “people-first” culture they talk about doesn’t exist. Employees aren’t valued, and HR is underqualified and largely ineffective.
