Pros
Hours flexibility. No after hours. Possible home office
Cons
Cero empathy towards others, once you are there you have no backup from anyone. They start to tell you there is a great work environment there, making such a big deal of it, this was the first red flag I didn't notice on time. They don't count with a human resources team on every office, which makes it even harder. And if this wasn't enough there is a serious issue with the "leaders" that evaluate your performance. As there is a serious lack of empathy they just resume the feedbacks to what they think of you, whether they like you or not, and they consider being a problematic employee if you speak up when you disagree. Also there is no criteria, since the team leader you have will do everything according to his own criteria, as there are almost no rules stated for anything. And yes, I say "his" since there is no one single team leader that is not a man. The women on the office are mistreated with a discrete but obvious misogyny. They always say they are "working on it", still the team leaders are the main problem.
