      Not much, "Unlimited PTO", free T-shirts

      Too many too list. For applications looking to join Spreetail do your research. There is a reason Spreetail is rated 2.6 rating on glassdoor and has a 28% approval of their "CEO". They have had multiple large layoffs due to careless spending. If your a sales professional definitely stay away as their is no compensation plan.

      They are good at hiring many different terrific people.

      Cons

      Same thing you've read before. Cult-like culture. Weaponized, encoded feedback. Gendered expectations—I was given "feedback" to shrink myself to fit in; would they have said the same thing to a guy? Best was when my lead encouraged me to submit an anonymous survey for "feedback" on my character and performance to my entire team. :/
