Incredibly toxic work environment, including a state supervisor who is a bully to her staff. Supervisors who are bi-polar and will openly criticize people, especially contract workers. Supervisors who will treat you like an idiot if you don't pick up on a complex issue immediately. Non-existent HR department that won't take complaints of hostility seriously. A CEO who doesn't take extremely low employee moral seriously. Zero room for advancement. This is a contract job, and only a contract job, this is not a way to get into the state and you will not be directly hired into the state from this job. You will end up doing work you were told in your interview you will never do.
