• There’s no such thing called “work-life balance” or “working hours” with non-sense deadlines, and requirements, and without a clear plan. Working on weekends, the Mangers call and message you on your PERSONAL phones regarding work - outside the working hours. And yet, that wouldn't be enough and there will not be any appreciation for your effort, you won’t meet their expectations; you have to pay "extra" effort. • A very stressful and toxic work environment. You will be working and living with a feeling of insecurity about getting fired. • No one will ever hear your problems or complaints or try to solve them, even the CEO or CTO. If you had a problem and reported it; No one will investigate and it would be because of you: "You didn’t manage your time, and you’re not aligned with our “virtues”. • Changing the policies to what really” serves them” and applying it retroactively on the old employees. • Salary reduction without real reasons. • Many people have left without replacement or any plan to replace them, you just will get overloaded with their tasks and responsibilities.
