      1. Great brand 2. Community Service 3. Excellent Relationship Management

      Cons

      1. Weak and unskilled HR (HR has never been robust ). 2. "Here for people" is fast disintegrating. 3. Potential resources are being side-lined . Line Managers and their henchmen rule the Bank. 4. "Grievance Cell" is non-functional
