Pros

-Friendly working environment and helpful colleagues. -Somewhat flexible working arrangement. -Able to learn on the growing Electric Vehicle industry.

Cons

-Although it is an international company (HQ is in China), the people in the company have poor command of the English language, so do expect some language barriers. -Support from HQ is also very bad, either because due to communication barrier or just simply their lack of commitment for overseas support. -Company is heavily focused on sales and neglects other departments. Do not expect your concerns to be heard and addressed. -Don't expect courses or lessons to teach you on Electric Vehicles or the charging solutions as you are expected to pick up on your own. -Poor work-life balance with hard to meet deadlines, but that is expected of a small company -High turnover rate especially in Singapore. Employees are leaving before 6 months. -Serious micro-managing as you are expected log down what you did on a daily and weekly basis.

Pros

A few managers were welcoming and open to new changes that would benefit their operations.

Cons

I interviewed and went through 3 rounds from HR to individual managers. Was given an offer then it was rescinded only to be told to interview a 4th time and be presented an entirely different position with less pay, more work and a commission rate which clearly is set in place to benefit the company and not the employee. That offer was also rescinded after it was offered. In total this process dragged out to 2 months. Dodged a bullet and if this is honestly how they conduct themselves for interviews and the hiring process then it goes to show how they internally operate. First impressions are everything and it clearly was stated for new talent coming in.
