Pros

The two major blockers in the Consumer Group have exited. We're hopeful this marks the beginning of a better chapter. Despite the challenges, the Consumer working level still has many capable leaders who can deliver results. Unfortunately, weak strategic direction and favoritism at the top have hindered their effectiveness. Now, we're seeing early signs of revival—discussions are becoming more logical, and decisions are increasingly data-driven. The path ahead looks promising.

Cons

Some leaders who have yet to deliver results remain in key positions—but it's only a matter of time before they are identified. The consequences of past poor decisions by the leadership team—especially around the flawed IT transformation, the narrow shift to a SIM-only focus—will continue to burden the working level for years. The impact is still unfolding, and the organization must now confront these realities with clarity and accountability.

Pros

- they pay your salary on time - there are a lot of good people here - not much more to add here

Cons

It's really hard to work at this company when you're senior manager level and below. AVP and higher, it's fine because you just blame your direct reports. Most organizations are a pyramid structure with a good foundation, but you can think of this organization like an inverted pyramid. There are more upper management people, than people who actually do the operations. As a bottom feeder, you get constantly blamed by upper management for not doing your job well and project delays. It's really hard to do your job with so many issues. - Teams are operating at a skeleton crew because HR can't hire people who want to work at such a company - Processes are a mess with no documentation, half the time you're working off a shared folder of someone who left before you arrived - Everyone is being tasked with doing a million things
