Pros
The cause. Working with women, seeing them grow socially, economically, emotionally. Knowing your making a difference in not only their life, but the life of their family.
Cons
It is a non-profit, and most people who are familiar with the non-profit world know that it's a tough place. There's always gaps to fill, and often too little people for too many projects. But again, it's rewarding.
