      Pros

      Working at Starfish Project you're always learning as you take on new things and push yourself. It is great getting to make an impact every day and there is no ceiling on survivors so the "us vs them" mentality is a lot less than I've seen at other non-profits/social enterprises

      Cons

      It is a great place to work. With the team being quite spread apart it can be hard to get to know everyone as much as you'd want to.

      Pros

      The cause. Working with women, seeing them grow socially, economically, emotionally. Knowing your making a difference in not only their life, but the life of their family.

      Cons

      It is a non-profit, and most people who are familiar with the non-profit world know that it's a tough place. There's always gaps to fill, and often too little people for too many projects. But again, it's rewarding.
