I saw people being fired without notice or warnings, even though the contract stated a two-warning policy. - Many employees, including managers, avoid addressing issues with executives due to fear of retaliation or conflict. - Work-life balance is a façade: Although the leave policy is generous, management imposes new, unwritten rules retroactively. For example, after my leave was approved, I was forced to reschedule due to a sudden policy limiting time out of the office to one month.
