Pros
They're pretty good at recruiting genuine talent, I worked with some amazing artists and A+ leads during my time there. Large variety of projects, which can be a double edged sword (you won't get bored, but high likelihood of working on some stinkers.) In my experience, crunch happened, but no unpaid overtime (was always compensated "appropriately" in comparison to my base rate.)
Cons
Basically everyone was being underpaid; mid level artists and even some newer juniors were making more than leads that had been with the studio for years. If you got in early, you were likely being screwed over as newer talent was paid higher and more attractive wages, and even the newer wages weren't great. Mount Dora is a relatively low cost area to live in, but it's an extremely small town with nothing much to do if you're not married with 2.5 kids (also, it's in Florida, which is extremely yikes.) I also heard plenty of horror stories from fellow employees re: being shouted down and disrespected by leadership behind closed doors. Because I got assigned to a stream of lower tier "garbage contract" projects in my last year at the studio, I also left the studio with barely any work fit for a demo reel, which really hurt me in my job hunt after my time with them ended.
