Pros
Since being acquired by HMS Host, they have a brand new office and free beverages. Don't get excited though, free lunches are only for the select few members of the executive team clique.
Cons
It would be a challenge to find a group as unorganized, miserable and inappropriate as the executive team at Stellar Partners corporate office. There is absolutely no structure, no communication and EVERYTHING is left until the very last minute before deadlines. Expect very little work/life balance, such as requests coming in at 5pm to be done that night, and 20 PTO days which includes sick days and vacation days AND holidays. That's right, you don't actually get the typical government holidays off unless you take your own PTO. Expect to do nothing right even though you were given no instruction and for everything to be someone else's fault other than management's. They truly believe that the sun rises and sets on Stellar, and nothing in the world could be more important than the work at hand. Oh, and not to mention the lack of company culture because everyone is miserable. If you're driven, enthusiastic and enjoy your field of work, don't waste your time with this company.
