Pros
work from home, that's literally it
Cons
Poor pay, unrealistic expectations (for the pay), disingenuine company culture, poorly planned and executed changes to styling platform. This job sounded like it was going to be a dream during the hiring and training process. The reality is so far removed from what you're initially presented with. Every bad review on the styling position is 100% accurate. The only reason I've held onto this job is because I'm a stay-at-home mom and it allows me to have an income while I raise my baby. If Stitch Fix didn't exploit our current economic climate and the difficult financial situation that many new parents find themselves in, I don't think that their styling teams would be nearly so robust. The higher-ups in this company are true money-grubbers.
