Pros
Working remotely is the only current positive.
Cons
Stitch Fix is worried about their bottom line and not their employees. As a stylist you are expected to change your schedule week to week, sometimes day to day based on issues on Stitch Fix's end but then expected to adhere to their strict guidelines of scheduling out two weeks by 15 minute increments. Your metrics are constantly watched and if you fall below you will get coached by your supervisor. The Stylist role was promoted as a part-time, flexible job and it is not that at all. The culture is toxic and the false positivity is laughable.
