Reasonably Flexable Hours Mostly Work from home No toxic management Generally really great people to work with, easily the best work environment I have ever had. lots of passion in the company Company genuinely trying to do some good
Cons
pay is not always as competitive, though there has been a lot done to fix that in recent years due to new parent company. ops team needs more support than they get( I'm not even on their team its just obvious). new parent company really downgraded insurance and tried to sell it to us like it was a great thing,
