If you are not connected to the right stakeholders in management, very little can be done in terms of customer feedback, product feedback and dev and even your own benefits. HR and legal practices are basically non-existent, and there's no objective measure of performance, so benefits are arbitrary and subjective.
Worked there for 3 years, had 3?4? new CEOs. Never really had much contact with the satellite offices so really no difference to staff on ground.
Endless politics due to lack of oversight and a insecure regional MD who exists to torment the staff. Best way to survive is to keep head down, chill with your colleague and don't expect any progression.
