Pros
Opportunity to work on interesting, executive-level strategic problems. Vertical focus means you get to specialize right away in an industry.
Cons
Long hours, bad name. Lazy recruiting process leading to sometimes not the best talent being hired. Luckily they do a good job filtering them out, but takes a year or so. Also bad exit opportunities since not everyone knows the name.
