Cons working at stream flo dangerous work. certain employee's get flavored treatment by managers hollidays were not given fairly, the favored wrote the schedule to the way they deem fit and ok by managment. i was there four years plus,and had 8 long weekend over that period. and i was on call the rest of them. stat holidays i had off i booked them off and got told about taking a couple of those. there's no team a crew lead will take all the glory and if things go wrong its the helpers fault. They take your ideas and use them for themselves. Having the best in their field of service they are there because they worked their way to the top and now their work is done. and not willing to give answers to questions about their field. When answers are needed asap. there's is no direction at time when its needed. set up to fail.today is the test tomorrow is the exam. talking to the owners will get you blacklisted. the trainer only comes every so often and is usually only there 1 to 2 days. write test for knowledge pass them and management say you are not ready and won't advance your pay to deemed knowledge. have you work on equipment that is above your pay grade.
