Pros

Nice view of Lake Union Seattle office.

Cons

It's amazing they are still in business. Streambox has suffered from cash flow problems for many years and operates month to month. The products are extremely unreliable, thrown together in haste and ridiculously overpriced. RMA (Returns) are at an all time high, customers are unimpressed and dwindling. The CEO is narcissistic and is incapable of effectively leading a profitable company, it's embarrassing. Personnel such as sales, dev, marketing and support have left the company. They are down to about 15 total employees, operating with a lot of family members building the products as nepotism runs rampant. Salary other than family, is far below industry standard and restricts the company from hiring and obtaining quality personnel. Forget about much time off, not more than 2 weeks a year. I've never witnessed a more unorganized and desperate company. Extremely depressing story.

Cons

- Unstable company - No clear direction - Depending on position taken can't expect a great work/family life balance - High expectations, lower end compensation - Morale - CEO - Don't expect longevity or security within the company unless you're family.
