      Pros

      international team with a lot of languages

      Cons

      continuous harassment from the management to work more and harder. from Sept to Dec you more from 8h to 18h because it's "high peak". You get home that your brain is melted. Extremely toxic environment and directors know it but do nothing to improve it. The image of the "Stricker family" is a huge farse and the employees are the first ones who don't believe in it

This means that during the high season we work an extra hour. However, in order to balance this effort, we offer different benefits and perks to our employees. We are sorry if in your case this wasn't clear enough. Please know that we always try to explain this beforehand in the offer letter and during the recruitment process as well. "Stricker Family" is a strong feeling shared by our staff, as you can see through some of their individual posts on LinkedIn.       Pros

      - Very good onboarding and organization when you start. - Very interesting onboarding sessions that give you a good understanding about the variety of all departaments. - Overall, RH communications and inniciatives are good. - Good location if you comute by car from Coimbra or Aveiro - Food delivery is amazing and very affordable.

      Cons

      - Very petty workplace in terms of working hours/ remote working (that kind of place of you leave right at the end of your shift it doesnt look good, but working overtime is a normal thing and busy periods). - Really petty director/managers that have been there forever. - The buttering up in this company is off the charts in every departament and in all levels of hierarchy i’ve contacted with. Very unprofessional and my perception is that some of it has to with being a familiar company. - Was there 1 year and I keep in touch with a lot of colleagues who are still there and haven’t heard of anyone ever being promoted (they always hire new managers/ directors). - If you don’t have a big social battery and you’re just a ‘do your job and get out” type of person, this job is not for you. Very weird, buttering up and kinda toxic work environment with the typical “dinossaurs” with a lot of status. - Not a good place to work if you’re young and want to grow. What you will learn will be very specific and upper management doesnt promote anyone.
