Pros
Being with your clinics and going home. You spend 90% of your day bribing clinics to use you to disguise the lies and illegal things they do with orders.
Cons
Everything. They want you to cover up everything they do wrong by bringing in good treats. Upgrading orders, illegally switching scripts. They will tell you they work with manufactures but they are so desperate for business, they will say whatever. Until management completely is fired/ leaves, strive will always remain the useless no good 15 rep having POS company they truly are. To even say they are a great company is the funniest thing I have ever heard why you are reps after one month messaging old ones to ask why they are so terrible. Go with any other catheter company, I promise they are better than this hell.
