Pros
Longstanding partnerships with schools and very well funded for a nonprofit.
Cons
The nonprofit barely manages to keep its staff. They've changed executive directors so often. Retaining staff has been a huge issue in the past. By the time I left, nine out of a staff of fifteen had either been fired, quit, or been forced to quit within a year. Leadership appears to care little for investing in current staff or providing training opportunities. The environment feels corporate for a comparably small nonprofit.
