      Mission of the organization and the idea of their services, which are not implemented well or at all.

      Cons

      Worst of corporate America slapped into a makeshift of a mentorship and scholarship program. Employees are treated worse than animals. Do better.

      Teammembers are really dedicated despite the organization

      Cons

      Development with a redundant system, repeating gift information unnecessarily. Resists implementing changes that will improve workflow. Yours overloaded with work and they drop employees on a whim.
