- friendly open atmosphere facilitates communication - working collaboratively across teams is easy even in spite of current remote work constraints - input and ideas are valued and considered - strong sense of customer advocacy - team from diverse backgrounds offers varied insights and skill set: I feel like I’ve learned a lot from colleagues - physical office space is great: modern, bright, airy, excellent on-site facilities

When I initially joined, as the company was a lot smaller, there was not much documentation around processes, but this is improving a lot now we have grown
