      The company was great to work for until about two years ago.

      Cons

      About two years ago the main investor got very invovled in the day-to-day running of the company. Since then, the Head of sales, dev, QA and two heads of marketing have been pushed out. People in Berlin were made redundant and the roles filled on contract in London.

      CEO changes brought chaos in an otherwise friendly atmosphere

      Nice colleagues, nice middle management.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Unclear expectations for most tasks. No clarity on how promotions, hirings and collaborating companies are being chosen, since it's only the CEO taking decisions. Whole product team left, as they had no voice anymore.
