Bullying and tolerance of bad staff - Anonymous employee Study Group Employee Review

Bullying by senior member of staff going completely unaddressed by other members of leadership despite this being reported by other members of the team . Widely known issue which has led to several members of staff leaving one centre. Very few genuine students. Shocking ignorance of some terrible staff who get away with a LOT while others work incredibly hard with no reward other than having to clean up others' mess. Terrible for morale and just a lazy way of leadership.
