Pros
I have had excellent support and opportunity to develop at Study Group and if you are willing to work hard and make things happen and work at pace and with change it's a great place to be. Opportunity to work with some of the most inspiring students you are likely to meet. Brilliant colleagues, many of whom have become close friends
Cons
Fast paced environment with change as the norm is not for everyone. The organisation could improve systems for managing data. Many great leaders but work to do on ensuring all people managers are sufficiently aligned on core ethos and approach.
