Pros
There are some really great people who work here, and, if you show initiative, you can have opportunities to grow your skills and contribute. However, as detailed below, if you go in knowing that this is not where you'll build a career, but rather where you can develop your own skills, you'll enjoy it a lot more.
Cons
Stuller talks a lot about loyalty and commitment, but it's been made clear time and again that this loyalty and commitment doesn't extend to its employees. And that's okay, as long as you go into your employment with them knowing it's not a place to build a career, but rather a temporary place to gain experience and knowledge before moving on. The compensation and benefits are also low, especially in the tech space and with so much remote work becoming available. I think this will have to change to keep up with demand.
