Pros
the ability to work fully remote
Cons
Every negative review accurately reflects the experience here, and it’s telling that the positive ones lack credibility. Upper management shows little regard for work-life balance, leaving employees overwhelmed by a workload that feels unsustainable and increasingly forces overtime. The constant pressure, akin to being in a state of fight-or-flight, has taken a toll on everyone’s mental health. This role no longer aligns with the expectations of a styling job; instead, it revolves around fine-tuning AI tools by reviewing thousands of poorly generated outfits daily, with minimal training for improvement. Unrealistic productivity goals force rushed, subpar results just to mark goals completed. The styling team has been drastically reduced, leaving remaining employees to bear the brunt without recognition and your efforts will not be valued beyond a brief Slack message like "great work." There are no true opportunities for career advancement, and salary increases fall far short of expectations, making it impossible to feel motivated or financially stable. This job is no longer sustainable, especially for those who entered expecting a career in fashion. It is nearly impossible to get hired anywhere else when your experience here is not relative or relevant to any REAL job professions in the fashion/retail industry.
