Pros
It's an easy to learn job, usually friendly customers, and if you have an agreeable manager and crew it makes for a usually quite enjoyable job. Mostly low stress.
Cons
Mainly the common issues with any job. Sometimes there are crappy coworkers to deal with or issues that can arise with a manger who you disagree with or causes problems. Also there can be the occasional extremely stressful days if you get stuck working short staffed or something. Pay can also be frustrating trying to work your way up.
