Cons
The most frustrating thing about this job is working by yourself. In a situation where there should be at least two people scheduled, there's usually only one because management is so obsessed with "productivity". This doesn't just happen every once in a while, it happens everyday. And if you're the one closing, you're gunna be alone. When there's a line wrapped around the store, being by yourself sucks. You're doing ten million things at the same time that you shouldn't have to do by yourself but you have no other choice. Another thing is that it's impossible to get a raise. I've been there for two years and the only reason I've gotten a raise is because minimum wage went up. You can't make a living off of subway.
