Pros
Flexibility about the only positive. Decent pay!
Cons
Have to pay for everything office, internet, any marketing material even the labtop they make you get then tell you you need to pay for it. Manager always questioning you and coming at you. Only happy with you on the day you sell something, then back to questioning you. They only get paid from the advisor sales. I am non occupant of the Financial Centre and they expect me to drive over 200km there and back twice a week for a 30 minute meeting. Waste of Time!!!!
