Pros

Able to make great money and have a lot of people kind people. A great place to learn certain skills and mindsets that can be used outside of this industry a lot. Can learn how to speak to people ... people skills / networking.

Cons

Managers can make 200k+ a year but not answer your messages on slack, or not train you once. I didn't get my first (and only) training session w my manager until 6 months in, only 2 hrs. i hit up multiple managers from different states and some won't respond , and if they do, it would be a couple of days later. Also , there were no managers in my geographical area until 6 months in, only 1 other associate in my area and that was my first day, they too got little training but we tried to wing it. I will say i see the managers have a lot on their plate and always on the go but then not properly helping others, just themselves. It is labeled as entry level but i got no help as someone with little to no experience
