      Pros

      Not everyone is terrible. The only truly awful people are management and their closest allies.

      Cons

      No meaningful training, constant micromanagement, and rampant discrimination. If you are not part of the inner circle, you are ignored, sidelined, and treated like a second-class citizen. The extreme cliques made the environment unbearable.

      There are great opportunities for training and professional development which has allowed me to grow in my role. I also appreciate working with a team of skilled and supportive therapists.

      The organization is growing quickly, so processes and expectations can change often.
