      Pros

      At Sun Strategic I have been working for more than a month now and I mean it when I say we are a family here. There was no such instance where I felt I don't belong here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Great company/ work culture and the staff. I learn new things every day. I feel blessed to be a part of this organization.

      You love your work team so much here you might end up missing work on Sunday's!

      Pros

      Work-life balance *hint* *hint* A close-knit 'family' who 'care' about you. Micromanagement at its best! Report your bathroom breaks down to the seconds. Pushed me to look for better opportunities out of sheer desperation.

      Cons

      Breathing down your back. Need to share your team with the ENTIRE team from the CEO to the HR to show that you are working at all times. If you take a WFH, you do not get 10 minutes for a lunch break, you are expected to work with one hand and eat with the other.
