On the compensation side, we’ve put a lot of work into building a transparent pay structure that’s benchmarked against market data and reviewed regularly. That said, we also know pay is personal, and sometimes people feel things differently than what’s on paper. If you’re ever feeling that your compensation doesn’t match your role or impact, I’d really encourage you to speak with your manager or someone else on the leadership team.
