Pros
Fully stocked fridge and a puppy. Some of the people are generally really nice and extremely hard working, beautiful office.
Cons
Before I started working for this company I read the terrible reviews on Facebook but thought I would go to the interview and see what they were really about, interview process was pretty straight forward, I was offered a job a few days after my interview via email and decided to take the job, I understood it was a start up and thought I would give it a chance. Beautiful offices and the people seemed friendly enough but that's as far as it goes for positives. My role was a "swoon star" on the companies care team, My first day was a lot to take in but that's to be expected, then as my first week went on I quickly discovered the training was completely disorganised and as for the work load just utterly ridiculous, having tried learn about 7 different pieces of software just to track someone's order! Your then bombarded with loads of spread sheets and once your put on the phones to deal with customers orders it's one big horrendous mess! Everyone you speak to is either angry and they have either been waiting for months, been sent the wrong item or don't understand the way the swoon process works, the seniors of the care team who trained me were either patronising or grumpy! I ended up after just a very short stint being totally unhappy, this company are a mess and anyone going into it has to be prepared to work long hours otherwise you get "looks" for leaving before doing your 100 customer cases (your expected to finish these as well as answering the millions of customer complaints on the phone or via email) it's a constant uphill struggle. Just awful.
