Without any reason, you get fired. - Unstable hierarchy many restructuring happening for no reasons. - You have to work more than the defined working hours, to prove that you are a good employee. - You can't suggest or disagree with anything the CEO says. - CEO (Mostafa) Said at the meeting that he can fire all engineering team and hire a new team from Pakistan. - CTO always complain about the team members to co-founders. - People with no experience, with no skills, are being promoted because they are friends with management. - Poor HR/people and culture manager. - Co-founders are irresponsible and inexperienced. - Small office with no perks.
