Ohhh where do I start This startup should be always pinned in the startups hall of shame. The three amateurs running it have no idea what they are doing, I see alot of people around being terminated for no reason and this is why i'm writing this review, i dont want other people to fall for the trap of the fastest growing startup- its a trap Have you heard of a company who hires people with no contracts to dismiss them the time they want??? That's indeeed SWVL Current and Potential Investors: Please don't give this amount of money to kids, they end up with a huge deflatable ego, that will take them nowhere but down the dark hall. Please invest in your due-diligence, specially that they are very good at putting fake numbers. LIKE FAKE DAILY BOOKINGS, RIDES, ACTIVE BASE. Please be aware that you are supporting bunch of amateurs who are exploiting people and talents. A word to competition: Watch out, they speak to your people and steal your data, let me tell you that the CEO has great ethics.

- Bad management/managers. - Managers take decisions based on their personal interests. - No job security. Without any reason, you get fired. - Unstable hierarchy many restructuring happening for no reasons. - You have to work more than the defined working hours, to prove that you are a good employee. - You can't suggest or disagree with anything the CEO says. - CEO (Mostafa) Said at the meeting that he can fire all engineering team and hire a new team from Pakistan. - CTO always complain about the team members to co-founders. - People with no experience, with no skills, are being promoted because they are friends with management. - Poor HR/people and culture manager. - Co-founders are irresponsible and inexperienced. - Small office with no perks.
