None. You could consider remote work as a plus, but then you would have to work for 13-14 hours daily and you loose that benefit. Hence no pros.
Cons
A miserable organisation being run by egotistical and dictator couple. Work being done under the name of development is pathetic. Infra team gets reshuffled every 6 months or so, because people can’t continue for long under this management. Few of the shady tactics they employ are as below, 1. Changing company rules on the go. 2. Amend/add policies in employee handbooks as they please and at 11th hour just to trap the outgoing employee. 3. Pay recruitment agencies to make a fake call to their employees just to check if the employee is still looking for opportunity outside. 4. Always threaten employees with legal action, to intimidate them into agreeing to company’s ever changing policies. 5. Track employees by taking screenshots of their laptop screen every 2-3 mins. & if you are on any other window except the coding window then that counts as non-working instance. Spare yourself and don’t even think about joining this hellhole.
