Pros
1) I developed many new and deep technical skills, I got to do projects from scratch 2) excellent compensation 3) flexible work hours 4) I have the peace of mind to know that if someone in my family is sick then I can simply message my team/HR that I will catch up on work later 5) it’s nice to get flowers on my birthday, and gifts on work anniversary. none of my previous employers did that . 6) no politics 7) excellent work place
Cons
HR can be more careful while hiring in India as it’s difficult to find professional candidates there and if we hire wrong ones then they spoil the company culture

Pros
The environment is professional and great stuff to learn for techies. They use latest tech and allows developers to experiment too. Not a place for something who is not passionate about coding and wants to work 4-5 hrs and get paid at the end of the month. Also, salary is ALWAYS on time and we get the latest laptops to work on!
Cons
Doesn't take strict action against employees who don't serve notice or misbehave. So many have written false reviews below and the company didn't bother taking action, They like to focus on their work but its imp to take action so that rumours can be stopped.
