      Lots of bennefits, friendly work enviroment, very experienced leadership (you wont see nobody under 40 on top management)

      Cons

      in my case, i'm never eligible to the work/life balance related bennefits (home office, flexible hour, paid holydays)

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
