      Too much politics and propaganda speeches everywhere that “we are doing very well” Always need to smile do not mention the issues Not a lot of career opportunities

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
