      They trust me, and there is no micromanagement. I have a lot of creative freedom in the projects I work on. Great people to work with, great pay and relaxed environment.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
